Who we are

Swornmark provides readiness checks and record-keeping for AI content disclosure. Contact info@swornmark.com.

What you are buying

The scan is free. A report is a paid assessment of one website at one point in time. A subscription adds re-scans, sign-offs, certificates and the record, for the number of sites in your plan.

What we do not promise

We are not a government body, a regulator or a law firm, and we do not give legal advice. A report is our assessment, not an official approval and not a guarantee that a regulator will agree with us. You stay responsible for what you publish.

Your side of it

Only ask us to scan a website you own or are authorised to act for. Keep your account details to yourself. Do not try to break, overload or resell the service.

Fees and billing

Prices are on the fees page. Reports are charged for the pages we actually assessed, up to the ceiling we quoted. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Solo has a minimum term of three months from the start of the subscription, and Studio, Agency and Network have a minimum term of two months. After the minimum term you can cancel at any time. Whenever you cancel, you keep the records you already made and they remain verifiable.

Refunds

If a report is wrong or useless, tell us and we will put it right or refund it. Email us within 30 days of the report and say what is wrong.

Liability

If we get something wrong, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months. We are not liable for fines, lost profit or losses that we could not reasonably have foreseen. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service whenever you like. We can end an account if it is used to break these terms or the law. Certificates already issued stay verifiable.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will change the version note at the top and tell existing customers by email before the change applies to them.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
