About Swornmark
We tell you whether your website meets the AI content disclosure rules, and we keep the record that proves a person reviewed the work.
What the service does
You give us a website address. We read the publicly visible pages and list the content that is likely to need a disclosure. The report names every finding, the page it sits on, the disclosure wording, and the markup to paste and where to put it.
After that, someone on your side reviews what we flagged and signs it off under editorial responsibility. Each sign-off goes into a tamper-evident log with a certificate anyone can check. Sites change, so we re-scan and flag what is new.
The first scan is free. If it turns out you have nothing to worry about, we will say so.
Our independence
Swornmark is an independent service. We are not a government body, a regulator or a law firm. We are not affiliated with, approved by or endorsed by any government body, regulator or standards organisation. Nothing we publish is an official approval and nothing we issue is a licence.
We do not give legal advice. We tell you what we found and what we would do about it. If you need advice about your legal position, take it from a lawyer.
We are paid by the people we scan, and that is the whole business model. We do not take commission from anyone else, and we do not sell your data. If a subscription is cheaper than a one-off report for your site, we say so before you pay.
Who runs it
Swornmark is a small team. A person reads your report before it reaches you, and a person answers when you write in.
